It was OK for what it was, basically any show you can see on ID today, sans the closure. But really, it's watchability was low.
It didn't have the appeal of Unsolved Mysteries, which hit with a broad enough brush to catch people interested in almost any topic. Instead it focuses on criminals...and that his little appeal unless the crimes are utterly sensational or of the organized variety.
But, what it did was work as a tool for law enforcement, and it turned out to be an ingenious tool at that, so you have to applaud it for what it is. I just feel that Unsolved Mysteries had a better format due to a wider array of topics.
