Paulo César Siqueira Cavalcante Farias, known as PC Farias, (Passo de Camaragibe, September 20, 1945 – Maceió, June 23, 1996) was a Brazilian businessman. Farias gained notoriety for acting as head of Fernando Collor de Mello's election campaign and for his involvement in the corruption scandal that led to the latter's impeachment, for his flight from the country and for the controversial circumstances in which he was murdered.
