Fouad El Jazairly or Fouad El Gazairely (in Arabic: فؤاد الجزايرلي), is an Egyptian director, writer and actor, he was born on stage in one of the villages of Upper Egypt in 1910.

He participated as a child with his father Fawzi Al-Jazairly in the film Madame Loretta, in 1919. He then worked in several theater troupes, such as the Salama Hegazy and Ali Al-Kassar groups, then the Salama Hegazy and Ali Al-Kassar groups, before directing his first film, Le Maître Bahbah in 1935, in which he played. In 1936, he wrote and directed Abu Zarifa, after which his works continued until the end of the seventies. Among his most notable works: Hassan, Murqos and Cohen, Al-Shater Hassan, Gharam Badawiyya...

He died of a coronary embolism in 1979.
