Tsutomu Ohshiro (大城 勉, Ōshiro Tsutomu) is a Japanese animator currently affiliated with Studio Signpost, a subsidiary of Studio Pierrot. He is the younger brother of animator Masaru Ohshiro (大城 勝, Ōshiro Masaru). As an animator, Tsutomu is known for his unorthodox Kanada-school drawings, where he exhibits supper snappy, unique poses, and low-frame animation.
