Bayan Alaguzova is a Kazakh producer, actress, TV presenter, singer, and head of the company Shine Production. She first gained recognition in 1993 for her role in the melodrama Mahabbat Beketi (Love Station). She later worked as a journalist and TV host for an extended period. Since 2006, she has been producing Kazakhstani musical groups and performers. She has also acted in several films and TV series.
