She came to Egypt at the age of 25 with her father, who had liquidated his business in Lebanon and wanted to try his luck in Egypt. She and her father lived in Alexandria and joined Ali Al-Kassar's troupe. She continued acting, performing in approximately 32 plays with various theatrical troupes.
