Overview

Sellam is an administrative agent who works in a town hall, curious and seeks to know everything, he believes he has good relations with his superiors. he stumbled upon a file of land intended for the inhabitants of barracks in the town can. Sellam then decides to buy a hut, but luck is still not by his side.
