I have now officially seen three different versions of Deadpool 2. The theatrical, the "Super Duper" cut, and now this one. As far as I'm concerned, each re-release has been worse than the last. I get the use of the framing device, and it was even pretty funny doing the whole Fred Savage/Princess Bride thing, but Deadpool 2 being cut together this way just felt erratic.
Final rating:★★½ - Had a lot that appealed to me, didn’t quite work as a whole.
