Overview
A filmmaker discovers a box of video tapes depicting two students' disturbing film project featuring a local horror legend, The Peeping Tom. As he sets out to prove this story is real and release it as a work of his own, he loses himself and the film crew following him into his project.

Honestly I love this found footage. Not only does it take shots on found footage itself but takes itself to an experimental level where those covering the found footage become part of it as well.
Basically a found footage of a subject during the past, present, and near future.
Admittedly, I wasn't a fan of Gavin starting out but i can see how this character tried to make the film something more than just a mere found footage like everything else that is out there.
Awesome to see Eduardo Sanchez in this briefly. Also, that ending was...shudders
