Overview
March 1965. In the heat of the Cold War, the USA and the USSR are competing for supremacy in space. What both superpowers aim for in this race, is to be the first to have a man walk in outer space. To accomplish that, no price is too high and no risk is too great. Now it’s up to the unlikely duo of a seasoned war veteran and a hot-headed test-pilot to fulfill this mission. Two men in a tiny spaceship, without proper testing, facing the complete unknown. They were supposed to do what no man has done before—and no man imagined what would happen next.

Mars 1965. Au plus fort de la guerre froide, les USA et l'URSS luttent pour avoir la suprématie dans l'espace. Chacune des deux super-puissance voulant être la première à faire "marcher" un homme dans l'espace. Pour atteindre cet objectif, aucun risque ni aucun prix n'est trop élevé. C'est là qu'un improbable duo, composé d'un ancien combattant aguerri et d'un pilote d'essai "tête brulée" s'engagent pour cette mission. Deux hommes dans une capsule spatiale minuscule, qui n'a jamais été réellement testée, font alors face à l'inconnu… Ils sont supposés accomplir ce qu'aucun autre homme avant eux n'a jamais fait. Et personne n'imagine ce qui va réellement advenir…
