Stanford University, California (1897)

This third second film from Edison basically has a camera set up outside a building where we see several students come walking by as well as a few on bikes. Obviously there's nothing ground-breaking about this movie but I always enjoy watching these older films because they simply capture a moment in time. I'm sure no one walking in front of this camera thought that someone 124 years in the future would be watching it. I enjoyed this one because it gave us a nice shot of the building as well as shows us what people were wearing to schools during this era and it was also nice seeing the type of bike that was being used in 1897.
