Overview

Corbin West, a fifty-five-year-old Yorkshireman, trades failed careers in hairdressing and pub fitting for a shot at filmmaking. With ambitious plans, backing from a local firm, and no discernible talent, he sets out to make 'Take Me To Your Leader,' a sci-fi feature. Will he snag Kurt Russell for the lead, draw a crowd to the screening, or reconcile with his estranged mom, who insists on calling him Shirley?
