Overview

Mediated was made during Todd Raviotta's graduate studies at VCU photography and film. The 54 min movie is about a media obsessed recluse Phillip, who has more conversations with his televisions than his neighbors. represents the mind of america in the early 2000's. The final script for the film was written in the wake of media coverage of 9/11/01 production started 2/14/2002, 2nd unit photography, the postproduction, VFX and sound editing, went through 2005 the film was first screened in Richmond, Virginia, December of 2005 and was screened again in march and may of 2007.
